Will I have to pay separately for multiple stores with SellDrop?
No! Free includes 1 store, Starter includes 2 and Pro includes up to 5 active storefronts, all under a single subscription.
Does SellDrop take any fees from my transactions?
No. SellDrop has 0% platform fees on every plan, including Free. You pay a flat subscription for Starter or Pro and keep everything you earn.
Is there a limit on how many orders I can take?
No. Every plan, including Free, takes unlimited completed orders. Plans differ on catalog size, storage, stores, seats and the Pro-only features, never on how much you can sell.
What payment methods can my customers use?
Cards and wallets through Stripe, Square and PayPal are on every plan. Free accepts Bitcoin and Litecoin; Starter adds ETH, BNB, SOL, TRX, USDT and USDC; Pro unlocks every rail we support. Prices convert automatically to your customer's currency at checkout, and digital orders are delivered instantly.
Is tax included in the pricing?
Prices shown are exclusive of VAT and local taxes, which will be calculated at checkout based on your billing address and country.
Can I cancel my SellDrop subscription at any time?
Absolutely. You can cancel anytime right from your dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of your current billing period, then lapses to Free. There are no long-term lock-in contracts.
Do I get a sandbox (test environment)?
Yes! We provide a full testing environment so you can test payments, webhooks, API calls, and email integrations safely before going live.
What kind of support do I receive with SellDrop?
Support scales with your plan: Free gets community support in our public Discord, Starter adds basic support over email, and Pro gets priority support through a private channel in our Discord.
