Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: July 26, 2026
1. Introduction
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs what may be sold and done on the SellDrop platform ("Service"). It supplements the Terms of Service and is incorporated by reference into those Terms. In the event of a conflict between this AUP and the Terms of Service, this AUP controls with respect to the matters it addresses. Violations of this AUP may result in immediate listing removal, account suspension or termination, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
2. Prohibited Products and Listings
You may not list, sell, offer, or facilitate the sale of any of the following on the SellDrop platform:
- Pirated, cracked, or unlicensed software, media, or game keys, including keys obtained outside authorised distribution channels.
- Stolen, carded, or fraudulently obtained gift cards, accounts, or subscriptions of any kind.
- Stolen credentials, "logs", "fullz", combolists, or any dump of personal data acquired without authorisation.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any other content that is illegal under applicable law.
- Money laundering services, cryptocurrency mixing, tumbling, or "cleaning" services of any form.
- Goods or services involving sanctioned parties or jurisdictions as designated by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) or any applicable authority.
- SIM-swap, OTP-bypass, or account-takeover tools, tutorials, and services.
- Doxxing services or the non-consensual sale or distribution of personal information belonging to third parties.
- Unlicensed financial products, securities offerings, lending arrangements, or gambling products and services.
- Malware, ransomware, remote-access trojans (RATs), exploits, phishing kits, or hacking tools and services.
- Counterfeit or replica goods, including items bearing unauthorised trademarks or brand names.
- Weapons, firearms, explosives, or related parts and accessories, regardless of jurisdiction.
- Controlled substances, illegal drugs, or items primarily intended for the production or use of such substances.
- Resale of access to or API calls for any third-party service in a manner that violates that service's terms of service.
- Malware of any kind, including remote access trojans, information stealers, keyloggers, ransomware, botnet clients and spyware, whether or not it is described as a research or educational tool.
- Credential stuffing tools, account checkers, combo lists, and any software whose purpose is to gain access to accounts the user does not own.
- Pirated or cracked software, license key generators, and tools whose purpose is to circumvent digital rights management or another vendor's licensing.
- Game cheats, aimbots, and software designed to circumvent anti-cheat systems or to gain an unfair advantage in online games.
3. Prohibited Conduct
In addition to the listing restrictions above, you may not engage in any of the following conduct while using the Service:
- Scraping, crawling, or harvesting the platform or its content through automated means without express written permission from SellDrop.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code of the Service.
- Bypassing, probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of any security or access controls protecting the Service.
- Placing excessive or abusive load on the Service infrastructure, including through denial-of- service attacks or artificially inflated traffic.
- Sending spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or commercial communications to other users or through any Service feature.
- Impersonating any person, entity, or SellDrop employee, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Uploading or submitting another person's identification documents, sensitive financial information, or other private records without that person's explicit consent.
- Using the License Key Service to license any software prohibited by this policy.
- Reselling, sublicensing or otherwise offering the License Key Service to third parties as a standalone licensing or authentication service.
- Using the validation API as general purpose infrastructure, for example as a key-value store, a heartbeat or uptime service, or a content delivery mechanism, rather than to license software you distribute.
- Deliberately evading the fair use limits or rate limits on the License Key Service, including by spreading traffic across multiple accounts or projects.
4. Sanctions and Export Compliance
You may not use SellDrop in violation of financial sanctions or export-control laws that apply to you or to us. This includes sanctions made under the United Kingdom's Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering Act 2018 and administered by the Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation (OFSI), United Nations sanctions, and, where applicable, European Union and United States sanctions (including the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals list and US export-control regimes such as the EAR). You may not transact with, or on behalf of, any individual, entity, or jurisdiction designated under, or subject to a comprehensive embargo under, any of these regimes. You are responsible for determining whether a transaction is permissible under applicable sanctions and export laws before using the Service to facilitate that transaction.
5. Merchant Responsibility
Merchants are solely responsible for the legality of their own listings, products, and sales practices. SellDrop does not pre-screen listings and does not guarantee that any listing complies with applicable law. By publishing a listing, you represent and warrant that the listing and the underlying product comply with this AUP, the Terms of Service, and all laws and regulations that apply in every jurisdiction where the listing may be accessed or purchased.
6. Enforcement and Reporting
SellDrop reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove any listing, suspend access to any feature, or suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates this AUP, with or without prior notice. SellDrop will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies and other competent authorities investigating violations of applicable law arising from use of the Service.
As described in our Terms of Service, we run limited automated scanning on uploaded content, including hash-matching for known child sexual abuse material and other illegal content. This scanning does not amount to pre-screening or legality review of listings, and it does not reduce merchants' responsibility for their own listings under this AUP. Confirmed or suspected illegal material is removed and may be reported to law enforcement and relevant child protection bodies together with associated account information.
If you believe a listing or account violates this AUP, please report it by emailing abuse@selldrop.io or by using the report form at selldrop.io/abuse. Copyright infringement claims should be submitted through our DMCA process at selldrop.io/dmca.
